About the role#
As a Pharmacy Intern, you work under the direct supervision of a licensed pharmacist to support the daily operations of a retail pharmacy. You will assist in delivering patient care, maintaining safety standards, and ensuring the pharmacy runs efficiently. This role is part-time and offers the opportunity to gain professional experience in a clinical setting.
What you'll do#
- Lead patient care programs and manage patient health.
- Display empathy and compassion for patients, customers, and colleagues.
- Ensure a safe and effective retail pharmacy work environment.
- Assist with workflow and inventory management.
- Promote a team culture centered on caring, energy, and enthusiasm.
- Strive to provide patient immunizations once state regulations are met.
- Complete required training and maintain necessary licensure.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in an ACPE accredited college or school of pharmacy.
- Valid intern or technician licensure, or be in the process of obtaining it.
- Between 0 and 3 years of relevant work experience.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work nights and weekends as needed.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 20 lbs, and perform tasks requiring finger dexterity and reaching.

- Pay: $20.50 - $24.25 per hour.
