About the role#
The Summer Intern Program at Cushman & Wakefield is a full-time, paid opportunity for students to join a service line team as a working member. You will contribute to live assignments, attend client meetings, and own specific project deliverables. The program includes executive speaker sessions, professional development workshops, networking events, and a capstone project presented to senior leadership.
What you'll do#
Your daily work varies by team, but you will focus on these core responsibilities:
- Research, gather, and analyze data that shapes client advice and internal decisions.
- Support your team in delivering on daily client commitments.
- Prepare recurring and ad hoc reporting, including monthly packages.
- Review, reconcile, and help resolve client and account issues.
- Take on special projects that support department objectives.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a bachelor's degree program, with at least two years completed by the program start date.
- A minimum cumulative 3.0 GPA.
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. (visa sponsorship is not available for this position).
- Coursework or interest in Real Estate, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Marketing, or Business Administration is preferred.
