About the role#
This is a full-time, paid internship position for the Winter 2027 term. You will work directly with the service line team to learn about commercial real estate, including industry terms, regulations, and market trends. The role is based on-site in Ontario, California.
What you'll do#
- Gather information, conduct research, and analyze data to provide relevant advice.
- Assist the business with daily tasks and help managers meet department objectives.
- Respond to day-to-day requests and ensure issues are addressed.
- Review, reconcile, and resolve client issues.
- Track project timelines and generate monthly reports.
- Deliver work that meets established standards and procedures.
- Complete special projects and develop your professional expertise through observation and training.
What you'll need#
- Completed at least two years of a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Economics, or a related field.
- A minimum cumulative 3.0 GPA.
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. (sponsorship is not available).
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- A proven record of providing customer service.
- The ability to work individually and as part of a team.
- A detail-oriented approach with the ability to handle multiple projects at once.
- A self-starter mindset focused on efficiency and reliability.
