About the role#
This 10-week summer internship program provides hands-on experience across multiple real estate disciplines, including multi-family and commercial property management, brokerage, and investment. You will work under the guidance of the multi-family business line leader to complete projects in Virginia. The program begins and ends with sessions at the corporate office in Glen Allen.
What you'll do#
- Gather and analyze market data.
- Research specific properties and businesses.
- Assist with marketing efforts for tenants and landlords.
- Synthesize information across various commercial real estate disciplines.
- Complete assigned projects and tasks throughout the summer.
- Prepare and deliver a capstone presentation at the end of the program.
What you'll need#
- You are a rising senior majoring in Business Administration, Communications, or Real Estate.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- A clear interest and commitment to a career in the commercial real estate industry.
- A track record of dependability, self-sufficiency, and motivation.

- This is a full-time, paid position at $20 per hour.
- The role is based on-site in Glen Allen, Virginia.
- The program runs for 10 weeks during the summer of 2027.
- Interns are responsible for their own lodging and accommodations.
