About the role#
This 10-week summer internship provides an introduction to commercial real estate brokerage, property management, and investment. You will work under the guidance of a market brokerage leader to complete specific assignments. The program begins with an orientation in Glen Allen, Virginia, covering brokerage, capital markets, development, and project management. You will return to the Glen Allen office at the end of the summer for capstone presentations and exit interviews.
What you'll do#
- Gather and analyze market data.
- Research properties and businesses.
- Market to tenants and landlords.
- Synthesize various commercial real estate disciplines.
- Complete assigned projects and tasks.
What you'll need#
- Current status as a rising senior majoring in Business Administration, Communications, or Real Estate.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- A clear interest and commitment to a career in commercial real estate.
- Demonstrated dependability, self-sufficiency, and motivation.

- This is a full-time, paid internship located on-site in Glen Allen, Virginia.
- The program runs from June 7, 2027, through August 13, 2027.
- Interns are responsible for their own lodging and accommodations.
