About the role#
Crystal Group is hiring a Systems Engineering Intern to work on rugged technology solutions. This role functions as a bridge between design and compliance teams, helping select electronics and document as-built system configurations. You will work alongside mechanical and electrical engineers to support project delivery and product performance.
What you'll do#
- Select key electronics technologies for new product development.
- Verify that system components provide long life and high performance.
- Assist with benchmark testing and requirements validation.
- Maintain documentation for the Product Offering Technical Solution.
- Provide technical input to Project Managers.
- Lead Preliminary Design Reviews (PDR) and Critical Design Reviews (CDR) and manage the associated artifacts.
- Act as a resource for manufacturing and senior engineering teams.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a bachelor's degree program for Computer, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Status as a US Person (US Citizen, Permanent Resident, or protected person).
- Ability to work on-site.
