About the role#
As a D365 ERP Implementation Intern, you will join the Consulting Practice to help clients improve their operating performance and decision making. You will work on projects involving business process reengineering, technology implementation, and organizational change management. This role provides the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in manufacturing, distribution, or public sector consulting.
What you'll do#
- Help clients resolve business needs to improve operating performance.
- Define, craft, develop, and implement technology solutions based on analysis of current processes and data.
- Assist in software implementation through requirements gathering, configuration, and testing.
- Conduct business process consulting and change management activities.
- Support project management tasks and facilitate client meetings.
What you'll need#
- Current pursuit of a degree in Industrial Engineering, Public Health, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Economics, Operations Management, or Computer Science.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively across different skillsets and geographies.
- Willingness to adapt to changing priorities and learn new technologies.
