About the role#
The AI Project Coordinator Intern role focuses on learning and skill development within our consulting group. You will work under close supervision to support project teams, build foundational technical skills, and gain experience in engineering practices. This position requires a commitment to ethical conduct and the ability to work effectively within a team.
What you'll do#
- Assist in project documentation and meeting preparation.
- Support project tracking activities using Azure DevOps.
- Participate in stakeholder meetings and document action items.
- Contribute to team documentation and knowledge sharing.
- Complete assigned project support tasks within agreed timelines.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment or recent studies in Computer Science, Data Science, Business Administration, Communications, or Human Resources.
- Familiarity with project management fundamentals and Azure DevOps basics.
- Experience with requirements documentation and technical diagramming.
- Ability to coordinate with stakeholders.
- A desire to learn and engage with AI tools and generative AI applications.
