About the role#
Crow Holdings Capital offers a summer internship for rising seniors within the Real Estate Group. You will work in both acquisition and asset management capacities across various product types. Interns participate in the same training program as full-time analysts to learn how to evaluate institutional real estate and determine the viability of investments. You will conclude the summer by underwriting a mock deal, creating a strategic business plan, and pitching the project to the investment committee.
What you'll do#
- Build financial models in Excel and ARGUS to forecast performance and evaluate returns for acquisitions and existing assets.
- Assist with transaction execution and the due diligence process.
- Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities.
- Produce monthly cash flow projections.
- Prepare investment committee memorandums and presentation materials.
- Compile internal and external data to support deal analysis.
What you'll need#
- Current undergraduate student graduating in Spring 2028.
- Preferred majors include Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Real Estate, or Accounting.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and the Microsoft Office suite.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- A demonstrated interest in the real estate and finance sectors.

- This is an on-site position based in Dallas, Texas.
- The internship takes place during the Summer of 2027.
- This is a paid, full-time position.
