About the role#
The Camp Intern program at Miracle Ranch is designed for individuals committed to Jesus Christ who want to help create an environment where guests and staff can experience Christ. This is a full-time, paid internship that offers opportunities for spiritual, personal, and professional growth. You will live and work as part of the camp community.
What you'll do#
- Host guest groups and facilitate camp activities.
- Assist with cabin turnover, laundry, and general cleaning duties.
- Help with food preparation, inventory, and meal service.
- Create promotional materials and market camp events.
- Work with the camp team to support daily operations and guest experiences.
What you'll need#
- A belief that Jesus Christ is Lord and Savior and a commitment to continued spiritual growth.
- An Associate degree from an accredited college or university, or equivalent work experience.
- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to communicate clearly.
- Ability to work collaboratively with staff and guests.
- Ability to pass required background checks.
- Relevant majors include Psychology, Human Resources, Communications, Business Administration, Agriculture, and Criminal Justice.
