About the role#
The Enterprise Technology Operations Intern supports infrastructure, endpoint management, cloud services, and identity management at Crest Industries. This role provides exposure to enterprise-scale technology operations including systems administration, networking, and infrastructure modernization. It is designed for students interested in systems, cloud, infrastructure, and network engineering.
What you'll do#
- Assist with endpoint deployment and lifecycle management.
- Support Active Directory and identity administration.
- Participate in infrastructure projects and system upgrades.
- Help with cloud administration and migration efforts.
- Support endpoint security and compliance initiatives.
- Develop operational dashboards and reporting.
- Assist with asset and configuration management.
- Participate in troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
- Support automation initiatives using PowerShell and Power Platform.
- Document technical procedures and operational standards.
What you'll need#
- Current pursuit of a degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, CIS, or a related field.
- Understanding of operating systems and networking fundamentals.
- Interest in infrastructure and cloud technologies.
- Strong troubleshooting abilities.
- A desire to learn enterprise technology operations.
