About the role#

This internship provides hands-on experience in action planning, project management, and lean principles within a manufacturing environment.
What you'll do#
- Assist with manufacturing improvement projects.
- Support process and workflow improvements.
- Collaborate with sustaining and quality teams on various projects.
- Observe manufacturing processes to identify areas for improvement.
- Manage projects while coordinating work across multiple teams.
- Participate in group projects and present progress to site leadership.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an undergraduate degree program for Mechanical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering Technologies.
- Strong problem-solving and root-cause analysis skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
