About the role#
Corteva Agriscience is hiring a Business Analyst Intern to work in Indianapolis. You will join a team of professionals to apply analytical and problem-solving skills to real-world business projects. The role involves working both independently and with others to gather requirements, analyze data, and support decision-making processes.
What you'll do#
- Collaborate with researchers, engineers, and stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for research and operational projects.
- Analyze data sets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Develop and present reports, dashboards, and recommendations to support business decisions.
- Assist in the development and implementation of process optimization strategies.
- Contribute to the documentation of standard operating procedures and best practices.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer, Chemical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering, Agriculture, or a related field.
- A minimum cumulative GPA of 3.000 on a 4.000 scale.
- Experience with MS Office products, including Smartsheet.
- Ability to work legally in the United States on a permanent basis.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
