About the role#
CORRE, INC. is hiring a Civil Engineering Co-op for the Summer and Fall 2027 terms. This is a full-time, paid position based on-site in Eau Claire, Wisconsin. You will work within the construction department to support various engineering projects. Please note that relocation and housing are not provided.
What you'll do#
- Perform on-site inspections for construction projects.
- Assist with engineering calculations and project documentation.
- Create designs and plan sheets using computer-aided drafting software.
- Help engineers with daily tasks across multiple disciplines.
- Participate in survey duties on construction or other project sites.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a Civil Engineering program.
- Experience with Microstation, AutoCAD, or similar software.
- Familiarity with State Department of Transportation and local agency procedures.
- Knowledge of general survey practices and equipment.
- Strong communication skills.
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to lift and carry at least 40 lbs.
- Comfort working on construction sites in all weather conditions, including walking or climbing on uneven terrain.
