About the role#
CORRE, INC. is hiring a Civil Engineering Co-op for the Summer and Fall 2027 terms. This is a full-time, paid position based on-site in Waukesha, Wisconsin. You will work across construction sites, field offices, and the corporate office. The role may include overtime hours and occasional travel for meetings or training.
What you'll do#
- Inspect construction projects on-site.
- Perform engineering calculations and help with project documentation.
- Prepare designs and plan sheets using computer aided drafting software.
- Support engineers with daily tasks across multiple disciplines.
- Assist with survey duties for construction or other projects.
- Perform physical tasks including lifting up to 40 pounds, standing for long periods, and navigating uneven terrain in various weather conditions.
What you'll need#
- Current pursuit of a degree in Civil Engineering.
- Familiarity with State Department of Transportation and local agency procedures for design and construction.
- Experience with Microstation, AutoCAD, or similar software.
- Understanding of survey practices and equipment.
- Strong communication skills.
- A valid driver's license and reliable personal transportation.
- Authorization to work in the United States without company sponsorship.
