About the role#
This is a full-time, paid internship for Summer 2027 based in San Diego. You will work on-site 40 hours per week to support our wealth management team. This role is designed for students pursuing a bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or Accounting.
What you'll do#
- Prepare materials for client presentations, including financial independence projections and net worth statements.
- Review, summarize, and analyze data related to risk management, retirement planning, and taxes.
- Assist in the creation of customized financial planning templates for client meetings.
- Manage client and firm documents within our document management system.
- Contribute to various firm projects and departmental initiatives.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a bachelor's degree program.
- A basic understanding of financial planning and investment concepts.
- Familiarity with insurance, estate planning, and tax principles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel.
- Strong communication and organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks.
