About the role#
Corient is hiring a Wealth Management Intern for the Summer 2027 term. This is a full-time, paid position based in our Charlotte office. You will work directly with our team to support high-net-worth individuals and families as they manage their wealth and plan for future generations.
What you'll do#
- Prepare materials for client presentations, including financial projections and net worth statements.
- Review, summarize, and analyze data related to various financial aspects of a client's life.
- Assist in creating customized financial planning templates for use in client meetings.
- Manage client and firm documentation within our internal system.
- Conduct research on financial planning topics as needed to support firm projects.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a bachelor’s degree program, ideally as a rising junior or senior.
- Coursework or interest in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or Accounting.
- A basic understanding of financial planning and investment concepts.
- Familiarity with insurance, estate planning, and tax principles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with specific strength in Excel.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently.

- Location: Charlotte, North Carolina.
- Modality: This role is on-site 4 days per week.
- Duration: June through August 2027.
- Hours: 40 hours per week.
