About the role#
Corient is hiring a Wealth Management Intern for the Summer 2027 term in New York City. This is a full-time, paid position based on-site in our office. You will support our wealth management teams by helping prepare client materials and analyzing financial data.
What you'll do#
- Prepare materials for client presentations, including financial independence projections and net worth statements.
- Review and analyze information related to risk management, retirement planning, benefits, taxes, and estate plans.
- Assist in creating customized financial planning templates for client meetings.
- Research financial planning topics as required.
- Manage client and firm documents within our document management system.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or Accounting.
- A basic understanding of financial planning and investment concepts.
- Familiarity with insurance, estate planning, and tax principles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel.
- Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
Location & details#
- Location: New York, New York.
- Term: June through August 2027.
- Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week, on-site.
- Pay: $38.45 per hour.
