About the role#
We are looking for a Wealth Management Intern to join our team in Dallas for the summer of 2027. This is a full-time, paid position where you will gain exposure to the daily operations of a wealth management firm. You will work on-site five days a week to support our advisors in serving high-net-worth individuals and families.
What you'll do#
- Prepare materials for client presentations, including financial independence projections, education projections, and various financial reports.
- Review, summarize, and analyze client data related to retirement planning, risk management, taxes, and estate planning.
- Create customized financial planning templates for use in client meetings.
- Manage and organize client and firm documentation within our internal system.
- Research financial planning topics and contribute to firm projects as needed.
What you'll need#
- You are currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or Accounting.
- You have proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel.
- You possess a basic understanding of financial planning and investment concepts.
- You have strong communication and organizational skills with an eye for detail.
- You are able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a professional office environment.
- You must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States.

- Location: Dallas, Texas.
- Term: June through August 2027.
- Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week, on-site.
