About the role#
Compassion International is seeking interns for the Spring 2027 program. This is a full-time, remote opportunity for college students and recent graduates. You will support ministry operations across various departments, including Global Communications, Marketing, Marketing Operations, Donor Relations, Donor Research, and Global Workplace. Interns may be considered for multiple positions based on their stated interests.
What you'll do#
- Support daily operations within your assigned department.
- Contribute to projects that raise awareness for the needs of children.
- Engage with Compassion’s core cultural behaviors in your daily tasks.
- Participate in ministry activities and uphold the mission through prayer.
What you'll need#
- A personal relationship with Jesus Christ and a consistent witness for Him.
- A courteous, Christ-like attitude in all professional interactions.
- A commitment to child protection and adherence to the Code of Conduct.
- Current enrollment in college or status as a recent graduate, with an expected graduation date between May 2024 and December 2026.
- Legal eligibility for employment in the United States.
Location & details#
- Term: February 1 to May 14, 2027.
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm.
- Modality: Remote.
- Compensation: $22.20 to $26.08 per hour, with potential for geographic differentials in specific high-cost areas.
