About the role#
Community First Bank is hiring a Student Customer Service Representative for a part-time position in Richland Center. This role is ideal for students interested in starting a career in the financial industry. You will work 15 hours per week with a Saturday morning rotation.
What you'll do#
You are the first point of contact for our customers. You will greet each individual and listen to their needs to build and nurture relationships. Your daily work includes processing routine banking transactions like deposits, withdrawals, checks, and loan payments. You will also manage tasks and stay current with banking regulations and policies to ensure every customer has a positive experience.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in high school or college coursework
- Strong customer service skills
- Prior experience in customer service or cash handling is preferred
