About the role#
This is a full-time, paid internship for Summer 2027. You will work with the Commercial Marketing team to support bank initiatives. The program runs for 11 weeks, from May 18, 2027, to July 30, 2027. You will gain experience through real projects, mentorship, and interaction with organizational leadership.
What you'll do#
- Create marketing content, including thought leadership pieces, email campaigns, and social media updates.
- Manage the social media calendar, schedule posts, and track engagement.
- Research competitor activities, customer demographics, and industry trends.
- Support the planning and execution of bank events, such as webinars and community programs.
- Collaborate with the team to design promotional materials.
- Analyze campaign performance data to measure effectiveness.
- Help develop strategies for customer acquisition, expansion, and retention.
- Learn to use internal marketing technology tools.
What you'll need#
- Current status as a Junior or Senior college student.
- Pursuing a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Graphic Design, Mass Media, or Public Relations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Preferred experience with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator), Salesforce CRM, and SharePoint.
- Eligibility to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

- The role is based in Kansas City, Missouri.
- This is a hybrid position requiring you to be in the office three days per week.
- The pay rate is $20.00 per hour.
