About the role#
Coastal is hiring Junior Analysts for our Winter 2027 internship program. This part-time, paid role provides an introduction to technology consulting. You will gain hands-on experience by shadowing client calls, attending internal meetings, and working on a team-based case study. The program lasts 8 to 12 weeks.
What you'll do#
- Complete individual and group training focused on technology and consulting skills.
- Develop and present a group-based case study based on real client scenarios.
- Manage your time to meet all deadlines within the Junior Analyst curriculum.
- Communicate clearly with managers, program administrators, and your peers.
- Prepare for and take the Salesforce Certified Administrator Exam.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an undergraduate or graduate degree program, preferably in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Business Administration.
- Availability to work 18 hours per week in blocks of four hours or more.
- Completion of the Coastal Internship Training Program Trailmix on Trailhead before your interview.
- Permanent, full-time work authorization in the United States.
