About the role#
Coastal is hiring Junior Analysts for our Spring 2027 program. This part-time, paid internship lasts 8 to 12 weeks. You will gain hands-on experience in technology consulting by shadowing client calls, attending internal meetings, and building professional skills. We focus on preparing students for careers in the technology industry through mentorship and real-world project work.
What you'll do#
- Complete independent and group training activities focused on technology and consulting skills.
- Develop and present a group-based case study based on real client scenarios.
- Communicate clearly with managers, administrators, and your peers.
- Study for and take the Salesforce Certified Administrator Exam. We cover the cost of this certification.
- Work 18 hours per week, with shifts scheduled in blocks of four or more hours.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an undergraduate or graduate degree program, with a preference for Juniors or Seniors.
- Completion of the Coastal Internship Training Program Trailmix on Trailhead before your interview.
- Ability to commute to one of our office locations.
- Full-time, permanent US work authorization.
- Strong interest in technology and consulting.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

- This role is on-site at our offices in Atlanta, GA, Lexington, KY, or Tysons Corner, VA.
- This is a part-time position for the Spring 2027 term.
