About the role#
The Junior Analyst program offers university students a look at the technology consulting field. This paid internship provides hands-on experience through training, shadowing client calls, and working on internal projects. You will work alongside industry leaders to build skills in Salesforce and professional consulting.
What you'll do#
- Complete independent and group training modules focused on technology and consulting skills.
- Develop and present a group-based case study based on real client scenarios.
- Manage your time to meet all program deadlines.
- Communicate clearly with managers, internship administrators, and peers.
- Prepare for and sit for the Salesforce Certified Administrator Exam.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an undergraduate or graduate degree program, with a preference for Juniors or Seniors.
- Interest in technology and consulting, supported by strong technical aptitude in Microsoft Office, GSuite, or coding and automation languages.
- Ability to work 18 hours per week, in blocks of at least four hours.
- Completion of the Coastal Internship Training Program Trailmix on Trailhead prior to interviewing.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including teamwork and presentation abilities.
- A self-starter mindset and the ability to take initiative.
- Full-time, permanent US work authorization.

- The program runs during the Summer 2027 term.
- This is a part-time role.
