About the role#
As an Information Technology Intern at Cleveland-Cliffs, you will work on projects that support our mining, manufacturing, and business operations. This role offers exposure to various technical platforms and provides the chance to work alongside operational leaders on real-world business challenges.
What you'll do#
- Analyze, design, test, implement, and maintain business and manufacturing applications.
- Participate in major business transformation projects.
- Develop and support ERP systems.
- Perform data analysis and investigation.
- Contribute to the development of new cloud-based solutions.
- Create Power BI reports.
- Monitor, analyze, and log security events.
- Utilize a wide variety of platforms and technologies.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in an Associate or Bachelor degree program in an Information Technology related discipline, such as Computer Science.
- Successful completion of at least your freshman year of study by the summer of 2027.
- Current legal authorization to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

- This is an on-site position located in East Chicago, Indiana.
- This is a paid, full-time internship with a rolling term.
