About the role#
This is a broad operations role working directly with the founders of an early-stage AI infrastructure startup. You act as the operational backbone of the company, keeping processes and people running smoothly as priorities shift.
What you'll do#
- Coordinate meetings, interviews, and interactions with candidates, investors, customers, and partners.
- Plan and run company events, offsites, dinners, conferences, and team activities.
- Research and execute projects like finding vendors, sourcing equipment, comparing options, and solving operational problems.
- Track follow-ups to ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
- Build systems and processes that improve daily operations.
- Work across recruiting, finance, office operations, and customer operations.
- Take ambiguous problems from open questions to resolved outcomes.
What you'll need#
- Prior experience in operations, administrative, or coordinator roles.
- Ability to coordinate logistics, scheduling, or event planning at scale.
- Experience researching vendors, sourcing equipment, or managing procurement.
- Track record of building operational systems that improve efficiency.
- Comfort working across business functions including recruiting and finance.
- Experience handling sensitive information with discretion.
- Strong organization, attention to detail, and communication skills.
- High-agency mindset and the ability to solve problems independently.
- Strong judgment regarding when to act versus when to escalate.
- Experience with recruiting coordination or supporting founders is a plus.
- Pursuing a degree in Business Administration or Operations Management.
