About the role#
This internship places you at the center of a growing AI recruitment startup. You will work directly with the founding team to connect candidates with opportunities at VC-backed startups. You will help deliver a high-quality experience as the platform scales.
What you'll do#
- Manage end-to-end candidate relationships and ensure a responsive experience.
- Source, screen, and engage with talent for various startup roles.
- Coordinate introductions between candidates and founders or hiring managers.
- Own and improve recruiting workflows by identifying ways to automate or streamline processes.
- Collaborate with the founding team on operations, growth, and platform initiatives.
- Contribute to social media or content efforts to support acquisition.
What you'll need#
- Bachelor's degree completed before the start date.
- At least 3 months of prior internship or professional experience.
- Ability to take ownership of initiatives and deliver results with minimal oversight.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Evidence of high academic achievement or exceptional project output.
- Comfort working in informal, entrepreneurial environments.
- Willingness to relocate to San Francisco and live in a shared hacker-house with the team.
- Availability to commit to a 6-day work week.
- Majors in Business Administration or Communications are preferred.
