About the role#
This internship provides exposure to both the sales and operational sides of the facility maintenance industry. You will work with our teams to support service delivery for clients ranging from medical offices to corporate campuses. This is a paid, full-time, on-site role for the Winter 2027 term.
What you'll do#
- Build and strengthen business-to-business relationships.
- Assist with selling facility maintenance solutions, including proposal creation and follow-up tasks.
- Participate in cold calls and outside B2B sales efforts.
- Observe how sales, operations, and marketing departments coordinate to drive business.
- Ride along with Facility Solutions Managers to visit customer sites and conduct inspections.
- Collaborate with Account Compliance Managers and Independent Contractors.
- Troubleshoot customer requests and coordinate service resolutions.
- Support the execution of services to meet client expectations and company standards.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a college or university program, specifically in Business Administration, Marketing, or Operations Management.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage time effectively and work independently.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
