About the role#
The Risk Management Summer Analyst program is a 10-week internship designed to introduce students to the financial services industry. You will join one of our risk teams, such as Enterprise Risk Management, Market Risk, Model Risk Management, or Operational Risk Management. The program includes foundational training sessions, business overviews, and mentorship from both junior and senior staff to support your professional development.
What you'll do#
- Work on projects across the risk organization to assess risk and build business acumen.
- Perform data and modeling validation.
- Solve problems through statistical and non-statistical data exploration.
- Identify data quality issues.
- Participate in training sessions to learn about risk governance and best practices.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, Computer Engineering, or Industrial Engineering.
- Graduation date between December 2027 and June 2028.
- A minimum GPA of 3.3.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Ability to work in the United States without sponsorship.
- A strategic and analytical mindset with an interest in risk management.
