About the role#
This internship provides a comprehensive look at our business and the professional services industry. You will rotate through different departments to gain a broad understanding of how we operate. The program combines hands-on training with cross-departmental interaction to help you build professional skills.
What you'll do#
- Gain exposure to various company departments.
- Develop your leadership, organization, and communication abilities.
- Practice time management through daily tasks and projects.
- Participate in training designed to build industry knowledge.
What you'll need#
- A High School Diploma or GED.
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor's degree program, preferably in Business Administration or a related field.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools like Word, Excel, Outlook, and Project.
- Availability to start within two weeks of accepting an offer.
- Preferred: Prior experience in a customer service, sales, production, or administrative role.
- Preferred: Experience in a leadership or management role within extracurricular activities.

- Location: Rockford, Illinois.
- Schedule: Full-time, 1st shift.
- Pay: $15.00 to $20.00 per hour.
- Work modality: On-site.
