About the role#
This is a full-time, paid internship for the Summer 2026 term. You will work on-site in New Salem, North Dakota, to gain hands-on experience in agronomy and seed operations.
What you'll do#
- Learn about agronomy skills including scouting, crop protection, crop nutrients, seed, and custom application.
- Perform daily agronomy and seed operations.
- Maintain inventory quality and keep accurate records.
- Assist with repairs and preventative maintenance for equipment like sprayers, trucks, and conveyors.
- Provide customer service and follow all safety and environmental policies.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an Agriculture degree program, such as Ag Business or Crop Science.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office software.
- Knowledge of general agronomy practices.
- Ability to monitor and maintain inventory quality.
- Experience with the repair and maintenance of agronomy equipment.
