About the role#
This internship provides hands-on experience in the farming industry. You will work on-site in Othello, Washington, during the Summer 2026 term. This is a full-time, paid position that requires awareness of safety-sensitive protocols.
What you'll do#
- Learn general agronomy skills including scouting, crop protection, and nutrient product management.
- Handle seed operations and assist with custom application procedures.
- Monitor inventory quality and maintain accurate records.
- Perform housecleaning tasks to keep the facility organized.
- Assist with repairs and preventative maintenance for equipment like sprayers, trucks, and conveyors.
- Deliver product and provide customer service to support our operations.
- Follow state, local, and company safety and environmental policies.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an Agriculture-related degree program, such as Ag Business or Crop Science.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office software.
- Ability to work in a safety-sensitive environment, which includes pre-employment drug screening for marijuana and its metabolites.
