About the role#
This summer internship provides hands-on experience within financial planning and analysis and other business support functions, such as Treasury, Credit, and CHS Capital. You will work with a corporate or business unit finance team while receiving mentorship from professionals in the field. This role is part of a broader early career networking and development cohort.
What you'll do#
- Support monthly reporting, quarterly forecasts, and the annual budget process.
- Prepare monthly reports for business unit or corporate management.
- Perform ad hoc analysis and contribute to assigned projects.
- Research and resolve inquiries to provide support to customers.
- Collaborate across different teams and gain exposure to leadership.
- Present key findings from your work to leaders and other early career associates in a capstone presentation.
What you'll need#
- Current pursuit of a bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, economics, supply chain management, Ag Business, mathematics, business management, data analytics, or a similar field.
- Experience or knowledge in performing basic financial analysis.
- Previous work experience.
- Strong analytical, research, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A detail-oriented approach and a desire to learn.

- Modality: This is a full-time, on-site, paid internship.
