About the role#
The Flourish Program is an 8-week internship for individuals with special abilities. You will gain professional skills and learn restaurant principles while working alongside a mentor. This role focuses on hospitality and care, providing you with work-based learning opportunities in a supportive environment.
What you'll do#
- Serve guests with a smile, eye contact, and enthusiastic communication.
- Clean the dining room and assist with team member encouragement.
- Make emotional connections with guests.
- Work on the Front Counter and Beyond the Restaurant teams.
- Multitask quickly and thoroughly.
- Follow restaurant rules and dress code.
- Honor and encourage others to support the vision and values of the restaurant.
- Work on your feet for several hours at a time.

- Location: Lenexa, Kansas.
- Modality: On-site.
