About the role#
This Summer 2028 Tax Internship provides insight into the public accounting profession. You will work with multiple supervisors on various client engagements and build a foundation for your future career. This is a paid, full-time position based on-site in Lexington, Kentucky.
What you'll do#
- Apply your accounting knowledge to client work using firm technology.
- Shadow tax professionals across all levels of the organization.
- Participate in team building, training initiatives, and social functions like lunches and community service projects.
- Complete and present a marketing or research project.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment as a junior or senior in an accredited accounting, finance, or business administration program.
- Expected graduation date approximately two years from the internship term.
- A cumulative GPA of 3.0/4.0 or above is preferred.
- Proficiency with computers and spreadsheet software.
- Ability to travel to client sites as needed.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
