About the role#
This internship provides insight into the public accounting profession. You will build a foundation for your career while working with tax professionals at various levels.
What you'll do#
- Work for multiple supervisors on a variety of client engagements.
- Apply your accounting knowledge to client work using firm technology.
- Shadow tax professionals of all levels.
- Participate in team building, training initiatives, and a marketing or research project.
- Attend social functions such as happy hours, lunches, and community service projects.
What you'll need#
- You are a junior or senior enrolled in an accredited accounting or related program.
- A cumulative GPA of 3.0/4.0 or above is preferred.
- Proficiency with computers and spreadsheet software.
- Ability to travel to client sites as needed, including frequent same-day travel.
- Eligibility to work in the United States without sponsorship.
