About the role#
The Business Office Student Worker assists with Accounts Payable functions and provides clerical support to the University Business Office. This position supports staff with daily operations while providing exposure to professional office procedures and financial processes.
What you'll do#
- Perform Accounts Payable tasks.
- Provide general clerical support to office staff.
- Assist with daily business office operations.
- Notify other campus managers if holding multiple student positions.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a student at Chatham University.
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to work no more than 20 hours per week during the academic year.
- Preferred majors include Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Communications.

- Note: Student jobs do not automatically roll over to the next academic year or summer. Students may not exceed 980 work hours per calendar year.
