About the role#
The Business Office Student Worker supports the daily operations of the University’s Business Office. This role provides exposure to professional office procedures and financial processes while assisting the staff with essential administrative tasks.
What you'll do#
- Assist with Accounts Payable functions.
- Provide clerical support to the Business Office team.
- Support staff with daily operations.
- Coordinate with other campus managers if holding multiple student positions.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a student at Chatham University.
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills.
- Ability to manage time effectively while balancing academic and work commitments.
Location & details#
- Location: Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
- Work Modality: On-site.
- Hours: Maximum of 20 hours per week during the academic year; maximum of 980 hours per calendar year.
- Eligibility: Open to students in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, and Communications.
