About the role#
Cerity Partners is hiring interns for the Summer 2027 term to join the Central Solutions team in New York City. This is a full-time, paid internship where you will work directly with the Chief Solutions Officer and other business leaders. The role offers exposure to firm-wide strategy, cross-functional projects, and the design of investment and advisory solutions.
What you'll do#
- Support strategic initiatives led by the Chief Solutions Officer and other senior leaders.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and analysis for senior management.
- Provide research, data, and project management support across investment management, private markets, risk management, and marketing.
- Maintain trackers, dashboards, and databases to assist with strategic execution and business development.
- Attend internal and external meetings, prepare materials, and distribute meeting notes.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
- A strong academic record.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel, plus comfort with the Microsoft 365 suite.
- Familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, and Microsoft Copilot, including the ability to apply them to research and analysis.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to manage multiple workstreams at once.
- Clear, confident communication skills and the ability to distill complex information for different audiences.
- A genuine interest in financial services and business strategy.
- Commitment to professional integrity and confidentiality.

- This role is located in New York City, New York.
- The position is on-site and full-time (40 hours per week).
