About the role#
We are looking for a College Senior to join us as an Office Admin Intern. This role offers hands-on experience in office administration and event logistics. You will gain practical skills that support your studies in business, law, or finance while working directly with our operations team.
What you'll do#
- Manage incoming emails, correspondence, and digital files.
- Prepare and mail documents, contracts, and packages.
- Keep office supplies stocked and maintain general organization.
- Coordinate office schedules and daily activities.
- Help set up for company events, including loading and unloading materials from vans.
- Organize and distribute promotional items and event swag.
- Provide on-site support to ensure our events run smoothly.
What you'll need#
- You are currently a College Senior pursuing a degree in Finance, Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Clear, professional communication abilities.
- A positive attitude and the ability to adapt to different tasks.
- Reliability and a willingness to handle both office-based work and hands-on event support.

- This is an on-site internship based in Marietta, Georgia.
- The position is paid and full-time.
