About the role#
CEO Lawyer is offering a Summer 2027 internship program for law students. This program provides training and development for future plaintiff attorneys. Interns gain experience with real personal injury cases including motor vehicle accidents, wrongful death claims, and premises liability matters. The program is designed to identify candidates for potential long-term roles with the firm.
What you'll do#
- Assist attorneys with case preparation, litigation support, and strategy discussions.
- Conduct legal research and draft documents such as memoranda and demand letters.
- Review and organize medical records, discovery materials, and case files.
- Track deadlines and manage case workflows.
- Prepare exhibits and summaries for legal proceedings.
- Communicate with clients, medical providers, experts, and opposing counsel.
- Observe and support mediations, depositions, and hearings.
- Use Microsoft Office and firm case-management systems.
- Collaborate with legal staff to provide client service.
What you'll need#
- Status as a rising 3L student in Summer 2027 at an ABA-accredited law school.
- Intent to sit for the Uniform Bar Examination after graduation.
- Strong academic performance and an interest in personal injury law.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent written, verbal, and analytical skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
- Completion of firm onboarding and background screening.
- Prior experience in a law firm, legal clinic, or judicial internship is preferred.
- Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus.

- This is a full-time, paid, on-site internship.
