About the role#
CentraCare is hiring a Respiratory Care Intern to support our team in Saint Cloud. This is a paid, part-time position that runs on a rolling basis through August 30, 2027. You will work on-site, assisting Respiratory Therapists with patient care across various age groups.
What you'll do#
- Help Respiratory Therapists assess and treat patients with breathing disorders caused by trauma or disease.
- Provide care for both inpatients and outpatients.
- Work with patients individually or in groups.
- Apply current technology and treatment methods that follow hospital policies.
- Complete 2 to 8-hour shifts on a casual, temporary basis.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Respiratory Care program with good academic standing.
- At least six months of completed respiratory care education.
- A current American Heart Association BLS Healthcare Provider card.
Location & details#
- Location: Saint Cloud, Minnesota.
- Pay: $20.57 per hour.
