About the role#
We are looking for a Business Development Representative Sales Intern to join our team. You will act as a trusted advisor to BDR leadership while working across various departments including Marketing, Sales Strategy, and Analytics. This role focuses on designing prescriptive programs and operationalizing them to support our enterprise business opportunities. You will help us drive growth by managing demand generation campaigns and ensuring our BDR teams have the resources they need to succeed.
What you'll do#
- Design vertical programs and plays for top of funnel engagement focused on business critical use cases.
- Oversee the execution of global campaigns promoting flagship Celonis events.
- Identify initiatives and prepare proposals that drive growth within the BDR organization.
- Operationalize initiatives from conception to successful implementation.
- Coordinate with demand generation and corporate marketing to create supporting assets for BDR plays.
- Manage the BDR bill of materials, including the maintenance of asset repositories and call scripts.
- Build, maintain, and optimize dashboards to monitor program performance.
- Build presentations and prepare documents for executive-level communications.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor or Master degree program in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Demonstrated leadership experience in a prior role.
- Ability to organize and prioritize tasks with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a setting with shifting priorities.
- A strong desire to build a career in sales leadership.
