About the role#
This internship offers hands-on experience in Sales Operations, CRM data governance, and sales enablement. You will work alongside experienced team members to support sales fulfillment, customer support, and reporting. All assigned work is reviewed before use or distribution, as this role focuses on learning and supporting established procedures.
What you'll do#
- Assist with routine sales-support tasks, including setup preparation, order-status follow-up, request routing, and record updates.
- Identify CRM data issues, prepare load files, validate records, and maintain issue logs.
- Summarize data-quality trends to support operational reliability.
- Update sales playbooks, training materials, FAQs, and quick-reference guides.
- Maintain task trackers, status reports, and meeting follow-up items.
- Use tools such as Salesforce and Dynamics 365 to maintain dashboards and procedures.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a university program for Business Administration, Computer Science, analytics, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of process mapping, data governance, and sales or fulfillment processes.
- Ability to learn CRM, analytics, and other internal business systems.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace, including Docs, Sheets, Slides, and Gmail.
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize work effectively.
- Ability to understand user stories, acceptance criteria, and process requirements.
