About the role#
The Learning and Development Intern joins the Global Services team for a 12-month contract. This role supports organization-wide projects, offering opportunities to align your specific skill set with the needs of the team. You will have the chance to lead independent initiatives and collaborate with departments such as Fund Development, Marketing, and Digital Services.
What you'll do#
- Manage learning administration, including course set-up and support.
- Oversee knowledge management by cataloguing, organizing, and managing metadata for the resource library.
- Perform measurement tasks, such as pulling and analyzing data from annual surveys, web analytics, and training evaluations.
- Research and create technical briefs and case studies.
- Develop learning assets and tools, including online modules, presentations, lesson plans, and activity guides.

Location & details#
- Location: Calgary, Alberta.
- Work Modality: On-site at the Calgary office at least four days per week (Monday to Thursday), with the flexibility to work from home on Fridays.
- Employment Type: Full-time, 12-month fixed-term contract.
- Start Date: September 1, 2026.
- Compensation: $24.50 per hour.
- Requirements: You must possess Canadian work authorization valid for the full duration of the contract.
