About the role#
This is a 12-month, full-time internship within the Global Services team. You will support various projects and initiatives, with specific tasks aligned to your individual skillset and the needs of the organization. Past interns have collaborated with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Fund Development, and Digital Services, while leading independent projects.
What you'll do#
- Manage learning administration, including course set-up and support.
- Handle knowledge management tasks such as cataloguing, organizing the resource library, and managing metadata.
- Analyze data from training evaluations, web analytics, and annual surveys.
- Research and draft technical briefs and case studies.
- Develop learning assets and tools, including online modules, activity guides, lesson plans, and presentations.
What you'll need#
- A passion for the CAWST mission and cause.
- Strong research skills and the ability to communicate clearly.
- Creativity and an eye for graphic design.
- A self-motivated approach with the ability to take initiative and conduct self-directed learning.
- Strong organizational skills and a commitment to being an accountable team player.
- While not required, fluency in French or Spanish is considered an asset.
Location & details#
- Location: Calgary, Alberta.
- Work Modality: On-site at the Calgary office at least four days per week (Monday to Thursday), with flexibility to work from home on Fridays.
- Duration: 12-month contract starting September 1, 2026.
- Compensation: $24.50 per hour.
- Requirements: You must possess Canadian work authorization valid for the duration of the 12-month contract.
