About the role#
Carroll University is hiring a Graduate Assistant to support enrollment operations. This is a two-year position for students currently enrolled in a master's program. You will gain experience in transcript evaluation, academic planning, and registration processes while serving as a resource for prospective students.
What you'll do#
- Provide enrollment advising support to transfer students, including guidance on credit pathways.
- Manage the course equivalency database and coordinate with faculty for course reviews.
- Assist the advising team during registration sessions.
- Maintain accurate student records to support enrollment workflows.
- Help develop marketing materials for prospective students.
- Answer questions regarding academic programs and campus resources.
What you'll need#
- A bachelor's degree.
- Current full-time status in an eligible Carroll University graduate program.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, specifically Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience in higher education, admission, or advising is preferred.
- Customer service experience is strongly preferred.

- Location: Waukesha, Wisconsin.
- Work Modality: On-site.
- Term: Two-year appointment with rolling start.
- Schedule: Flexibility is required for evening and weekend enrollment events.
