About the role#
This is a paid, full-time co-op position based in New Bremen, Ohio. You will work on-site, supporting a Manufacturing Engineer within the plant. This role involves direct interaction with production staff to collect data and improve operational processes.
What you'll do#
- Perform time studies to analyze production efficiency.
- Develop and conduct process reviews.
- Identify solutions for production problems.
- Create, implement, and update technical documentation.
- Review and modify CAD drawings.
- Collaborate with production employees to gather data.
What you'll need#
- Current pursuit of a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with employees at all levels of the organization.
