About the role#
This paid Tax Intern position offers hands-on experience within our wealth management tax practice. You will work directly with industry experts to learn about tax planning, compliance, and client service. This role is designed to provide practical skills and exposure to the daily operations of our firm. We offer flexible hours to accommodate your school schedule.
What you'll do#
- Assist with tax planning and preparation.
- Support client meetings and help with meeting preparation.
- Participate in cash flow, estate, and business succession planning.
- Support client services and administrative teams as requested.
- Contribute to internal and client-specific projects.
- Attend client meetings in a support role.
What you'll need#
- Active pursuit of an undergraduate or graduate degree, preferably in business with a focus on accounting and taxation.
- Strong interest in individual taxation and wealth management.
- High-level proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Copilot.
- Excellent communication and writing skills.
- Ability to multitask while remaining organized and meticulous.
- Strong critical thinking skills and the initiative to complete tasks.
- Commitment to ethics, confidentiality, objectivity, and integrity.
- Collaborative mindset and the ability to build trusting relationships.
- Sense of urgency to complete tasks in a timely manner.

- This is an on-site position based in Phoenix, Arizona.
- This is a full-time, paid internship with a rolling term.
