About the role#
As a Software Engineering Intern on the Gringotts North team, you will contribute to the Open Banking Connected Accounts Dashboard. This core mobile feature provides customers with real-time visibility into their linked external bank accounts and sync status. You will work within a collaborative team to build mobile interfaces, RESTful APIs, and cloud-native infrastructure.
What you'll do#
- Develop, test, and maintain features for the Open Banking Connected Accounts Dashboard.
- Write clean, maintainable code across the stack, including frontend UI and backend microservices.
- Participate in design sessions and conduct peer code reviews to maintain quality and performance standards.
- Conduct unit, component, and integration testing for account connection workflows.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, such as sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives.
- Collaborate with Product Managers and UX Designers.
- Learn and build AWS cloud infrastructure.
What you'll need#
- You are currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree or higher and will graduate in December 2026 or later.
- Familiarity with application development using any mobile language.
- Experience with mobile application development, version control (Git), Jenkins CI/CD, microservices, and API design.
- Good communication, presentation, and writing skills.
- A solid understanding of testing fundamentals.
- Ability to work within a team setting and actively participate in discussions.

- Term: Winter 2027.
- Modality: Hybrid (3 days in the office per week).
- Employment Type: Full time.
- Compensation: $33.33 to $48.72 per hour.
