About the role#
As a Consulting Intern, you will work with project leadership and staff to support the planning, preparation, and execution of projects. This role involves contributing to project work plans and assisting with business needs. For students who meet the qualifications, this position has the potential to evolve into a full-time entry-level role.
What you'll do#
- Perform research and fact finding to support project needs.
- Create clear, compelling data visualizations, figures, and reports.
- Prepare project documentation, research briefs, meeting materials, and presentations.
- Analyze large, complex datasets to identify patterns and actionable insights.
- Work with project teams to test and validate models.
- Support various business functions through data analytics.
- Collaborate across Blue Cottage teams on internal initiatives and solutions.
- Maintain a focus on service delivery and continuous improvement.
What you'll need#
- Rising senior status in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program with an anticipated graduation date between December 2027 and May 2028.
- Preferred majors include Data Science, Business Administration, Computer Engineering, or Public Health.
- A GPA of 3.5 or higher.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
- Experience with Esri tools or ArcGIS.
- Baseline knowledge of the American healthcare system.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a time sensitive environment.
